1. Your lock and use of the unit
You are responsible for providing and securing your own lock. The unit is for storage only.
2. Items you must not store
You must not store flammable or combustible goods, perishable food, animals or animal products, hazardous items, explosives, ammunition, toxic waste, asbestos, chemicals, radioactive materials, illegal items or goods you do not own or have the owner's consent to store. Petrol and oil must be drained from any equipment before storage.

Vehicles must not be left on site overnight. A charge of £30 per night applies to any vehicle left overnight.
4. Looking after the unit
Do not attach anything to the walls, ceiling, floor or doors. Report any damage to the Company. Items or rubbish left outside the unit or on its roof are chargeable.
5. Emergency and official access
You give the Company permission to break the lock in an emergency or when required by the Police, HMRC, the Fire Service, the Local Authority or a court order.
6. Electricity and events outside our control
There is no guarantee of an electricity supply. The Company is not responsible for failure to perform its obligations caused by events outside its reasonable control, including force majeure.
7. Personal licence
This agreement is a personal licence to occupy under Scottish law. It is not assignable.
8. Fees and payment
Fees are payable in advance, weekly, four-weekly or monthly, by card, Direct Debit or bank transfer, as agreed with the Company. Online bookings use weekly Direct Debit, with the booking deposit paid separately by card.
9. Late payment
Late payment may incur a charge of £5 per day and/or exclusion from the site and/or replacement of the lock. If payment remains outstanding for one month, goods may be removed, sold or disposed of. You are responsible for debt collection and recovery costs.
10. Insurance and risk
The Company does not provide insurance. Goods are stored at the customer's own risk. An insurance quote is available on request.
11. Customer declaration
You declare that you own the goods or have the owner's consent to store them. The Company has not inspected the goods and owes no duty in respect of them. You have inspected the unit and found it suitable for your needs. Payment and use of the unit constitute acceptance of this agreement.
12. Leaving the unit
Leave the unit clean and empty and remove all your goods and rubbish. The Company may remove goods or rubbish left behind and charge for removal, disposal, cleaning and any damage.
13. Photo ID
ID is used only to verify the tenant, kept securely and deleted 12 months after move-out. Providing ID does not block booking, payment or gate access.
